All our patterns are delivered manually by email to your inbox from dolliebabiesknit@aol.com. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, however, there may be occasions when it takes a little longer than expected. There may also be times when your order goes into your spam or junk folder, so don't forget to check there if you haven't received your order and have had the notification that your order has been completed. If your pattern hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will gladly resend your order.
