Should your goods arrive to you faulty, they can be returned for a refund for up to 28 days from the date of purchase. Before you send the package back, please contact us so we are aware of your reasons for returning the product.
Due to the nature of the product I do not offer returns on knitting patterns.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If any of the goods in your order are faulty, please contact us as soon as the fault arises and before you return any goods. You will be asked to formalise your complaint in writing, either by post or email. Goods must then be returned to us before a refund is issued.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
