Who we are

Our website address is https://dolliebabies.co.uk/.

Dollie Babies Knits For Newborns is committed to keeping your personal information as just thatโ€ฆpersonal.ย  We hate spam and junk mail just as much as everyone else.ย  We do not share, rent, sell or release your personal information to any individual, entity or third party, with the exception as required by law, regulation or governmental authority.

We solely use your personal information that you provide to us to process your order, so that you may receive it by email.  We only accept PayPal as a payment method, so we do not have access to your payment details.

We do keep records of purchases with only a partial amount of your personal information for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.

For the benefit of the customer, we do hold records containing your name and/or email address and pattern(s) purchased.   This has proved invaluable for customers who have suffered a catastrophic loss of their digital patterns due to a device malfunction or such.  It means that once your purchase has been verified, we can replace your lost patterns.  Please note, however, that if you have purchased items from Love Knitting, Etsy or Amazon, we do not have your purchase details to resend you any lost patterns, you will have to contact them directly.

With regards to newsletters, if you no longer want to receive newsletters, then you can unsubscribe at any time. Newsletters have a two-factor confirmation process to receive them when you sign up for them from my website so that you are confirming that you do want to receive them. If anyone has signed up but has not gone through the second confirmation process, your sign-up is unconfirmed, and you won’t receive them. Any data collected regarding unsubscribed or unconfirmed sign-ups will be deleted.

DollieBabies is also committed to protecting and securing all customer-based information, through the use of a firewall, and additional security measures in place at its physical facilities, to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of such information.
