Manually emailed PDF instructions to knit a baby girl’s or reborn doll’s lacy frilled cardigan, bonnet and sandals in either 4ply or DK yarn depending on which size you wish to make. It is ideal for the cooler summer evenings. There are several different stitch patterns within this cardigan set. When knitted, this set will fit either babies from 2.5lb – 3 months or 21-22 inch reborn dolls, 19-20 inch reborn dolls, 17-18 inch reborn dolls or 15-16″ reborn dolls.

Description

You will need:

15-16” or 37.5-40cm Height (Approx 3-4lb Prem) Size

150g 4ply, 7 buttons, 1 x m ribbon for bonnet, 1 x pr 2.75mm needles making a tension of 30sts and 38 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

16-17” or 40-42.5cm Height (Approx 4-5lb Prem) Size

150g 4ply, 7 buttons, 1 x metre ribbon for bonnet, 1 x pr 3.25mm needles making a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

18-19” or 45-47.5cm Height (Approx 6-7lb Newborn) Size

200g 4ply, 7 buttons, 1 x m ribbon for bonnet, 1 x pr 3.75mm needles or dk yarn and 3.25mm needles making a tension of 26sts and 34 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

20-21” or 50-52.5cm Height (Approx 8-10lb Newborn) Size

250g dk yarn, 7 buttons, 1 x m ribbon for bonnet, 1 x pr 3.75mm needles making a tension of 24sts and 32 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

22” or 55cm Height (0-3 Months) Size

300g dk yarn, 7 buttons, 1 x m ribbon for bonnet, 1 x pr 4mm needles making a tension of 22sts and 30 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

This pattern has been designed by myself so it is in UK terminology. It does not follow the usual ‘shop bought’ format., and is multi-sized. There are 6 printed pages with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. All our patterns are tested by independent knitters before they are released, so every effort is made so that they come to you error-free.
