0-3 Month Knitting Patterns

We offer a large range of knitting patterns for 0-3 month-sized babies.

Most of these patterns use 4ply yarn for sizes ranging from 2.5lb to 7lb (or 15-19″ reborn dolls). For larger sizes, from 8lb up to 3 months (or 20-22″ reborn dolls), we use double knitting yarn. The needle size, yarn thickness, and knitting tension determine the final size of your outfit, with only one set of figures to work from.

Using 4ply yarn for smaller sizes helps create a less bulky outfit for the tiny baby.

This is our largest collection of knitting patterns to date. You can choose from a wide variety of outfits, including boleros, cardigans, dresses, bodysuits, rompers, and accessories like beanie hats and booties.
