Gender Neutral Knitting Patterns

We offer a lovely range of gender-neutral or unisex knitting patterns. You can choose from various styles, including bibs and vests.

If you need to adapt a pattern for a boy or girl, you’ll find instructions within each pattern. Many patterns work well before you know the baby’s gender. We include buttonhole borders that you can stitch to the appropriate side. In some patterns, we place buttonholes on both sides of the border. Once you’ve knitted the outfit, simply sew up the unwanted buttonholes and attach buttons over the sewn-up holes. This quick process ensures you’re ready if the baby arrives earlier than expected.
