These are our most frequently asked questions and useful information.

All patterns from dolliebabies.co.uk are manually emailed to you. They are not instant downloads. If you would like your pattern printed and posted directly to you, you will need to go through our Etsy store. Depending on where you live, EU Physical VAT might be applicable. Etsy deals with that for us on our behalf. https://dolliebabies.etsy.com

How soon will my pattern be emailed to me?

We aim to get your pattern to you as quickly as possible. In most cases, your pattern will be with you within the hour. However, sometimes this may not always be possible. During busy times, it may take a little longer than usual to send your pattern, so we ask you to be patient. Once your order has been emailed, you should receive an email from the website to say that your order has been completed. If you are a customer outside of the UK, there could be a significant time difference between us so your daytime might be our nighttime. For this reason, we say to allow 24 hours for delivery of your pattern.

Where’s my pattern?

Sometimes, we get asked, “Where’s my pattern?” Once your pattern has been emailed, you will receive an order completed email from the website. When you have received the completed notification email, you will know that your pattern has been sent. If you haven’t received your order completed email, please be patient as we may be busy processing it. For non-UK customers, it may still be outside of office hours. Alternatively, please check your spam/junk folder for any stray emails that may have found their way there.

My pattern hasn’t arrived

If you have received confirmation from the website that your order has been completed and your pattern isn’t in your inbox or spam/junk folder, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will gladly resend your order. If for some reason your email provider has taken a dislike to ours, we may have to send your order to or from a different email address than you were expecting. Alternatively, we can send your pattern to you via Messenger and WhatsApp on request.

I can’t open/download/print the pdf

If you are having problems opening/downloading or printing the pdf please do the following:- Restart your device. Most issues are resolved by doing this. Clearing your cache and history can also help. Make sure your PDF reader is up to date. Re-downloading the pattern from the original link and overwriting the previous copy is also a good way to clear any issues.

We hope this frequently asked questions page answers most of your questions. We want you to be able to get on with the important task of knitting.
