Free Baby Memorial Blanket Knitting Pattern

Description

A free knitting pattern for a baby memorial blanket or angel wrap using DK yarn.  The finished item measures 12″ x 12″ (30 x 30cm).

To make this memorial blanket/angel wrap, you will need 100g dk yarn. You will also need 1 x pair of 4mm needles. Make a tension of 22sts and 30 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch. I have also used cuts of 6mm ribbon which I have threaded through the border. I then tied them in a bow at each corner.

These are very popular for hospital knitting and they are greatly appreciated when they are received.
