Knitting Pattern 032 – Reborn Doll Snow Suit

Manually emailed PDF instructions for you to knit a reborn doll’s snowsuit.  This reborn doll knitting pattern features a romper with a detachable hood, mittens and snow boots.  When the hood, mittens and booties are attached with the buttons, it is a snowsuit.  When they are not attached you have a romper suit.  It is knitted in either 4ply or DK yarn depending on which size you wish to knit.

The set comprises an all-in-one romper, hood, mittens and snow boots in a bubble pattern. When knitted this set will fit a 21-22 inch reborn, 19-20 inch reborn, 17-18 inch reborn or a 15-16″ reborn. Some experience is needed with this pattern as it involves dropping stitches. They need to be purposely dropped in set places and are then picked up again from several rows down.  There are also ridges to knit which involve picking up a row of stitches several rows down.

The materials you will need for this reborn doll knitting pattern is as follows:-

15-16” or 37.5-40cm Height

100g 4ply in colour A, 50g in colour B, 100g in colour C and 24 buttons  You will also need 1 stitch holder, embellishments, 1 x pr 2.75mm needles to make a tension of 30sts and 38 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

16-17” or 40-42.5cm Height

100g 4ply in colour A, 50g in colour B, 100g in colour C, and 24 buttons.  You will also need 1 stitch holder, embellishments, 1 x pr 3.25mm needles to make a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

18-19” or 45-47.5cm Height

150g 4ply in colour A, 100g in colour B, 100g in colour C, and 24 buttons.  You will also need 1 stitch holder, embellishments, 1 x pr 3.75mm needles or dk yarn and 3.25mm needles to make a tension of 26sts and 34 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

20-21” or 50-52.5cm Height

150g dk in colour A, 100g in colour B, 100g in colour C and 24 buttons.  You will also need 1 stitch holder, embellishments, 1 x pr 3.75mm needles to make a tension of 24sts and 32 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

22” or 55cm Height

150g dk in colour A, 100g in colour B, 100g in colour C and 24 buttons.  You will also need 1 stitch holder, embellishments, 1 x pr 4mm needles making a tension of 22sts and 28 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
