Manually emailed PDF instructions for either a short-sleeved or long-sleeved romper with a lace panel pattern running up the sides of each front and up the centre of each sleeve. The back is plain. There is a full lace cardigan in either a round neck or v-neck design, and there is also a matching beanie hat and bootees.
To make the side patterned romper knitting pattern you will need the following:
150g 4ply yarn in contrast colour for short leg/sleeve version or 250g 4ply yarn for long leg/sleeve version. You will also need 150g in main colour. In addition, you will need 7 buttons for romper, 6 buttons for round neck cardigan or 4 buttons for v neck cardigan. For the bootees you will need 2 metres of ribbon. Plus, 5 x stitch holders and 1 x pr 2.75mm needles to make a tension of 30sts and 38 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
200g 4ply yarn in contrast colour for short leg/sleeve version or 250g 4ply yarn for long leg/sleeve version. You will also need 200g in main colour. In addition, you will need 7 buttons for romper, 6 buttons for round neck cardigan or 4 buttons for v neck cardigan. For the bootees you will need 2 metres of ribbon. Plus 5 x stitch holders and 1 x pr 3.25mm needles to make a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
200g 4ply yarn in contrast colour for short leg/sleeve version or 250g 4ply yarn for long leg/sleeve version. You will also need 200g in main colour. In addition, you will need 7 buttons for romper, 6 buttons for round neck cardigan or 4 buttons for v neck cardigan. For the bootees you will need 2 metres of ribbon. Plus, 5 x stitch holders and 1 x pr 3.75mm needles, OR use dk yarn and 3.25mm needles to make a tension of 26sts and 34 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
200g dk yarn in contrast colour for short leg/sleeve version or 300g dk yarn for long leg/sleeve version. You will also need 200g dk yarn in main colour. In addition, you will need 7 buttons for romper, 6 buttons for round neck cardigan or 4 buttons for v neck cardigan. For the bootees you will need 2 metres of ribbon. Plus, 5 x stitch holders and 1 x pr 3.75mm needles to make a tension of 24sts and 30 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
250g dk yarn in contrast colour for short leg/sleeve version or 350g dk yarn for long leg/sleeve version. You will also need 200g dk yarn in main colour. In addition, you will need 7 buttons for romper, 6 buttons for round neck cardigan or 4 buttons for v neck cardigan. For the bootees you will need 2 metres of ribbon. Plus, 5 x stitch holders and 1 x pr 4mm needles to make a tension of 22sts and 30 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
