Premature Baby Knitting Patterns

This section has a large selection of premature baby knitting patterns that mostly come in 5 sizes.  They start from premature size and go through to 3 months of age.  Although there are 5 sizes to choose from, there is only a single set of figures to work from. This makes our patterns easy to follow and understand.  They are written with row-by-row instructions.  This is invaluable when it comes to placing buttonholes and keeping a stitch pattern correct during shaping.  The smallest sizes are knitted in 4ply yarn, and the larger sizes are knitted in DK (Double Knitting) yarn.  Your needle sizes and tension do the rest. As always, these patterns are also suitable for reborn collectable dolls from 15 to 22 inches.
