Instructions to knit a cute little pattern for a set comprising of a chunky dribble bib, beanie hat, and small comforter. The bib fastens with one button on one shoulder, has a half back, and is tabard style. There is a matching pull-on beanie hat and a small 8-inch (20cm) hand-size comforter for clutching. This set can be knitted in either King Cole’s Yummy yarn or James C. Brett’s Flutterby yarn. This set is suitable for either a boy or a girl and comes in 3 sizes, newborn, 0-3 months or 3-6 months.
To make this bib set you will need to be able to knit, purl, yarn forward, knit 2 stitches together and pick up stitches.
You will need:
20-21” or 50-52.5cm Height (Approx 8-10lb Newborn) Size
100g chunky yarn, 1 button, 1 stitch holder, 1 x pr 5mm needles for the bib and the beanie, 1 x pr 6mm needles for the comforter
22” or 55cm Height (0-3 Months) Size
100g chunky yarn, 1 button, 1 stitch holder, 1 x pr 5.5mm needles for the bib and the beanie, 1 x pr 6mm needles for the comforter
3-6 Months) Size
