PDF Knitting Patterns
Due to the copyright nature of our digital knitting patterns and the electronic delivery, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds once the pattern has been emailed.
Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Printed & Posted Knitting Patterns
Printed knitting patterns are copyrighted material. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on printed and posted patterns unless:

The item is faulty

The item arrives damaged

The incorrect item has been sent
If your printed pattern arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Ready-Made Outfits
Our refund policy for ready-made outfits lasts 30 days from the date your purchase was delivered.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
For damaged or defective items, a full refund will be issued and there will be no need to return the item.
If the wrong item has been sent, we will arrange return and cover the cost of postage.
Change of Mind (Ready-Made Outfits Only)
If you change your mind about a ready-made outfit:

Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition

You are responsible for return postage costs
Refunds are processed within 2 working days of the item being received and inspected.
Original postage costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order:

Contact us as soon as possible at info@dolliebabies.co.uk
If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued.
If the order has been processed or dispatched, you may be required to return the item in unused condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility.
