All of our PDF patterns on this website are delivered manually by email directly to your inbox. They will be sent from either info@dolliebabies.co.uk or dolliebabiesknit@aol.com and will arrive as a PDF document for you to save to your device. This will be a separate email from your order confirmation email and your shipping confirmation email.
PDF patterns are available to customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most PDF pattern orders are delivered within one hour of purchase. However, there may be occasions when it takes a little longer than expected.
Sometimes your order may go into your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders if you haven't received your order but have received notification that your order has been completed. If your order hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will gladly resend it for you.
Our printed and posted patterns are sent in a poly pocket and waterproof envelope. We hate soggy patterns just as much as you.
Printed and posted patterns are dispatched within 1–2 working days and are shipped to England, Scotland and Wales by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Royal Mail currently aims to deliver 2nd Class mail within 3 weekdays. This is a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed delivery time.
Our ready-made outfits are sent in a waterproof envelope by Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature.
Ready-made outfits are dispatched within 1–2 working days and are shipped to England, Scotland and Wales.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day after dispatch. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking number so you can follow its progress through the Royal Mail network.
