PDF knitting patterns are digital content supplied electronically by email.
As our PDF knitting patterns are manually fulfilled, customers may request cancellation of an order before the PDF pattern has been supplied. If a cancellation request is received before the pattern has been sent, a full refund will be issued.
Once the PDF knitting pattern has been supplied by email, the digital content has been delivered and withdrawal rights may no longer apply. Refunds, returns and exchanges will not normally be available after supply has taken place.

Printed knitting patterns may be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights. The item must be returned in resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your printed pattern arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Our refund policy for ready-made outfits lasts 14 days from the date your purchase was delivered.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
For damaged or defective items, a full refund will be issued and there will be no need to return the item.
If the wrong item has been sent, we will arrange return and cover the cost of postage.
If you change your mind about a ready-made outfit or printed knitting pattern:
• Please email info@dolliebabies.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition.
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 2 working days of the item being received and inspected.
• Original postage costs are non-refundable.
