Very Premature Knitting Patterns

Our very premature knitting patterns are specially designed for the smallest premature babies, starting from 0lb in weight. These patterns are also suitable for reborn dolls from approximately 10 inches in height.

The collection includes tiny cardigans, rompers, hats and accessories designed to be gentle, practical and comfortable for very small babies. Many knitters also create these items for donation to neonatal units and hospital charities.
