6-9 Months Knitting Patterns

Our collection of 6–9 Month Baby Knitting Patterns offers a growing range of traditional designs for older babies, giving knitters even more choice as little ones become more active and adventurous.

The majority of our 6–9 month baby knitting patterns use DK (Double Knitting) yarn for the larger sizes and 4 ply yarn for the smaller sizes, unless otherwise stated. The finished size is achieved through the combination of yarn thickness, needle size and knitting tension. Some patterns include multiple sizes, allowing you to knit garments from the smaller baby sizes right through to 6–9 months.
