All our patterns on this website are delivered manually by email directly to your inbox. They will be sent from either info@dolliebabies.co.uk or dolliebabiesknit@aol.com and will arrive as a pdf document for you to download.
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders are delivered within the hour. However, there may be occasions when it takes a little longer than expected. Sometimes, your order may go into your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders if you haven’t received your order, but you have received the notification to say your order has been completed. If your order hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will gladly resend it for you.
Printed and posted patterns are available in our Payhip store. Unfortunately, we cannot post to the EU or Northern Ireland at this current time.
