Manually emailed instructions to knit a traditional baggy bum baby romper with matching beret and bootees.

This baby romper knitting pattern has been specially designed with extra room around the seat, making it ideal for babies wearing traditional terry nappies, although it also looks adorable with modern disposable nappies. The romper is worked mainly in stocking stitch, making it suitable for a wide variety of plain, self-patterning and fashion yarns. An optional collar allows you to customise the finished look, while the romper fastens halfway down the back and under the crotch to make dressing and nappy changes easier.

The pattern includes matching instructions for a baby beret and ribbon tie bootees and is suitable for babies and reborn dolls from approximately 2.5lb premature babies through to 0–3 months.
