This baby dress and jacket knitting pattern includes a lacy short-sleeved dress, matching short-sleeved matinee jacket, bonnet and bootees. Both the dress and jacket feature raglan sleeves, creating a coordinated four-piece baby outfit.
The lacy design is worked in 100% cotton yarn, using either 4-ply or double knitting (DK) depending on the size selected. The combination of short sleeves and cotton yarn makes this a suitable knitting project for creating a lighter baby outfit.
Five sizes are included, fitting babies from approximately 2.5lb premature through to 0–3 months, or 15–22" reborn dolls.
The matching matinee jacket can be worn over the dress or used separately with other baby garments, while the bonnet and knitted bootees complete the outfit.
