The pattern starts from premature sizes and goes through to 3 months of age. It is suitable for either babies or reborn dolls. Within the pattern, there is a choice of either no sleeves, short sleeves or long sleeves. This makes it ideal for any season.
This round-neck waistcoat or cardigan features a textured stitch pattern throughout and fastens with 6 buttons.
To knit this practical waistcoat or cardigan, you need to be able to knit, purl, slip stitches, yarn forward, knit 2 stitches together and pick up stitches.
100g 4ply yarn, 6 buttons and 1 stitch holder. You will also need 1 x pr 2.75mm needles to make a tension of 30sts and 38 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
100g 4ply yarn, 6 buttons and 1 stitch holder. You will also need 1 x pr 3.25mm needles to make a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
100g 4ply yarn, 6 buttons and 1 stitch holder. You will also need 1 x pr 3.75mm needles. OR use dk yarn and 3.25mm needles to make a tension of 26sts and 34 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
