Manually emailed instructions to knit a reborn doll or baby plain V-neck cardigan with a patterned border. The pattern is available in 9 sizes which are knitted in either 4ply or DK yarn depending on the size you wish you knit. The cardigan is a raglan sleeve design with a 2 coloured slip-stitch border that is knitted separately. It can be knitted for either a boy or a girl. When knitted, it will fit 10″-22″ (25cm-55cm) height, approx 1lb-0/3 month baby or reborn. Only the border is worked in two colours, but alternatively, the cardigan can be knitted in a solid colour.

50g 4ply in main colour, 10g in contrast and 3 buttons. You will also need 1 x pr 3.25mm needles to make a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
80g 4ply yarn in main colour, 10g in contrast and 3 buttons. You will also need 1 x pr 3.75mm needles or DK yarn and 3.25mm needles to make a tension of 26sts and 34 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
100g dk in main colour, 10g in contrast and 3 buttons. You will also need 1 x pr 4mm needles to make a tension of 22sts and 30 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
