Manually emailed instructions for you to knit this girl’s lacy waistcoat or cardigan. The pattern starts from premature sizes and goes up to 3 months of age. It is suitable for either babies or reborn dolls. Within the pattern, there is a choice of either no sleeves, short sleeves or long sleeves. This makes it ideal for any season.
This round-neck waistcoat/cardigan features a full lacy stitch pattern throughout and fastens with 6 buttons. When knitted, it is a very practical and pretty item of clothing.
To be able to knit this lacy waistcoat or baby cardigan you need to be able to knit, purl, yarn forward, knit 2 stitches together, slip stitches, pass slipped stitches over and pick up stitches.
100g 4ply yarn, 6 buttons and 1 stitch holder. You will also need 1 x pr 2.75mm needles to make a tension of 30sts and 38 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
100g 4ply yarn, 6 buttons, and 1 stitch holder. You will also need 1 x pr 3.25mm needles to make a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
