Manually emailed PDF knitting book with instructions for you to knit a girl’s layette set. The set comprises a cardigan, dress with integrated nappy pants, bonnet, sandals, romper suit and a matinee jacket all together in one place. There are nine sizes to choose from, ranging from 0lb to 3 months, or 10-24″ reborn dolls. Some are knitted in 4ply yarn, whilst others are knitted in double knitting yarn, depending on what size you wish to knit.
To make this set you need to be able to knit, purl, yarn forward, knit 2 stitches together, slip stitches, pass slipped stitches over and pick up stitches
You will need:
200g 4ply yarn in main colour A, 100g each dk yarn in contrast colour B & C, 13 buttons, 5.5 metres of 6mm ribbon, 4 stitch holders, 1 x pr 3.25mm circular and straight needles making a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
250g 4ply yarn in main colour A, 100g each dk yarn in contrast colours B & C, 13 buttons, 5.5 metres of 6mm ribbon, 4 stitch holders, 1 x pr 3.75mm circular and straight needles or DK yarn and 3.25mm needles making a tension of 26sts and 34 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
250g dk yarn in main colour A, 100g each dk yarn in contrast colours B & C, 13 buttons, 6 metres of 6mm ribbon, 4 stitch holders,1 x pr 4mm circular and straight needles making a tension of 22sts and 28 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
300g dk in main colour A, 100g each 4ply yarn in contrast colour B & C, 13 buttons, 6 metres of 6mm ribbon, 4 stitch holders, 1 x pr 4.5mm circular and straight needles making a tension of 20sts and 28 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
