Manually emailed PDF knitting pattern to knit a lacy envelope neck bodysuit set designed specifically for 15–22" reborn dolls.
This reborn doll bodysuit knitting pattern includes an envelope neck bodysuit with a matching bobble hat and bootees. The bodysuit features an overlapping envelope neckline for easier dressing and fastens underneath the crotch with buttons.
Instructions are included for both short and long sleeves, giving you two different versions of the bodysuit to knit from the same pattern.
A repeating lace stitch is used throughout the bodysuit, hat and bootees, with contrasting garter-stitch edging adding a second colour to the design. Alternatively, the complete outfit can be knitted in a single colour.
Four size and gauge options are included for 15–22" reborn dolls, using either 4-ply or double knitting (DK) yarn depending on the size selected.
The body length has been designed specifically around reborn doll proportions and is shorter than would normally be required for a real baby. Instructions are provided below for adapting the body length if you wish to knit the bodysuit for a baby.
