Manually emailed instructions for a simple but pretty tiered baby coat in 3 colours. The coat has a gathered yoke and fastens at the front with 4 buttons. There is a matching sun hat and Mary Jane shoes. This is an ideal pattern for when you are watching box sets as it is easy to keep track of where you are in the pattern if you reach an exciting part of your programme and get distracted!
To knit this trendy tiered baby coat you need to be able to knit, purl, yarn forward, knit 2 stitches together, make stitches and pick up stitches.
100g 4ply yarn in colour 1, 100g 4ply yarn in colour 2, 100g 4ply yarn in colour 3, 6 buttons, 2 x stitch holders, 2 x pr 2.75mm needles making a tension of 30sts and 38 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
100g 4ply yarn in colour 1, 100g 4ply yarn in colour 2, 100g 4ply yarn in colour 3, 6 buttons, 2 x stitch holders, 2 x pr 3.25mm needles making a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.
