This single-size pattern is knitted in DK (double knitting) yarn and includes instructions to make:
A button-up premature bodysuit
A matching beanie hat
Matching socks
All pieces are worked in a simple eyelet stitch pattern, making this a gentle but attractive knit.
The pattern includes separate instructions for a boy or a girl, with a clever option for knitting before the baby’s gender is known. By following both front instructions, you can place temporary buttonholes on both sides, then simply sew up the unused side and add buttons once the gender is confirmed.
